3D ULTIMATE IMAGE WHAT IS IT?
We are a new family run business aiming to capture life's special memories.
We want too bring the memories you want to treasure too life with lifelike figurines.
From births to weddings, proms to birthdays or family mementos we can bring any special occasion or person to life.
HOW IS IT DONE?
The process for the customer takes around 4 minites in which you must remain still. We will scan you in our studio set up with the 3D ultimate image scanner. This captures 16 frames per second. Our software then pieces them together to form a 3D virtual image. You will be shown this image and providing you are happy with your image it will be edited and produced into a 3D figurine. Each appointment will last around 30minites.
CAN YOU CAPTURE MORE THAN 1 PERSON AT A TIME?
Yes we can. Couples, parents and children etc can be done together. Please see price list.
CAN FIGURINES SHOW HEIGHT DIFFERENCES?
Yes when scanning more than one person figurines can be scaled to show difference in height. The price will still remain that of your ordered size. (5inch/7inch)
CAN I WEAR GLASSES/JEWELRY?
Glasses must be removed for scanning, and some jewlerry may have too be removed.
IS THE 3D ULTIMATE IMAGE SCANNER SAFE?
Yes, however anyone who suffers from epilepsy should seek advice from a doctor first, as the cameras emit a flashing light while capturing your image.
WHAT ARE FIGURINES MADE FROM?
Printed using a very thin 0.1mm layer of ceramic resin giving excellant detail.
HOW BIG ARE THE FIGURINES?
The size depends on the pose and whether you want your images scaled to height if having more than one together. The sizes available are 5 inches and 7 inches. Larger is available on request but the cost will be effected due too increase in material.
WHEN CAN I HAVE MY FIGURINE?
Figurines should be ready for collection 21 days after your scan. (Excluding bank holidays) Postal orders can take a few extra days.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
At the moment as we are new too the buisness we are saying newborn babies then children over 4 years. This is due to the fact the process relies on the subject being still for 4minites. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Babies under 6 months and children for 4 to 16 years.
WHAT IF WE DONT LIKE OUR IMAGE OR WE DIDNT KEEP STILL?
We will attempt a second time too capture another image at a time convenient for both ourselves and the client. If after 2 attempts the customer or ourselves are not satisfied with the scanned image we will discuss why and what could happen next.
CAN MY FIGURE BE ON A BASE?
Yes, we can add your figurine to a base for a small added fee. Please see price list.
If you decide to wear thin high heels or use a wheel chair for example a base would be required.
DO YOU DO PETS?
In the future we aim too do pets but at the moment im sorry but we can not provide this service. (Unless your pet will remain still for 4 minutes)
CAN YOU CREATE FIGURINES OF OBJECTS?
Yes, prices will vary. Please see a member of staff.
ARE THE FIGURINES MADE ON SITE?
No figurines are created at our specialist 3D center and then are sent back too our 3D Ultimate Image office. Orders can be posted direct to the customer at an additional cost.
ARE COLORS ACCURATE?
Colour accuracy is dependant on lighting conditions on site. Our studio should provide very accurate colouring but we can not guarantee 100% We also take photos of customers before scanning to help improve the accuracy of colour matching.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY FIGURINE?
You will be shown the unedited version of your figurine due to the time it takes too perfect your image. If you are happy with the pose payment will be requested before you leave the sesion. Cash and card payments only.
WHAT IF MY FIGURINE IS DAMAGED IN THE POST?
Figurines will be posted in a secure insulated box with added insurance cover. Figurines should never arrived damaged. If however when you receive your delivery if it is damaged in anyway please take a photograph of the damaged figurine in the box within 48hours and contact 3D Ultimate Image.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 1 COPY?
Duplicate copys are available. Just be sure too let us no at your session.
CAN I ORDER REPRINTS AT A LATER DATE?
Within 90 days. Just contact us too place another order.
